Terms & Conditions
If you are to cancel, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival time. Bookings must be cancelled directly with the property you have booked (you will find all of the details with your booking confirmation). Failure to do so will result in the first night (from each person in the booking party) being deducted from your credit card.
By making a cancellation you automatically forfeit your booking fee.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email please let us know via the “contact us” booking form.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations to you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the Supplier in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
TopRoomSerbia only accepts bookings for those of 18 years of age or over. Those aged 17 years or under must be accompanied by an adult or have original written consent signed by a parent or guardian.
Please note by booking via toproomserbia.com you are agreeing for us to look after your personal information. We will not pass on your information to any third parties. All information will be stored accordingly and may be used for internal promotions such as any special offers and or newsletters – which you can opt out of at any time.
You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the Supplier(s) concerned. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with our own and the other party’s full legal costs) as a result of your actions.
You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Some suppliers require that you do so. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details on receipt and take them with you on holiday.
You are recommended to check the up to date position on visa, passport and health requirements, with the Supplier(s) concerned, Passport Office, appropriate embassy or consulate or your doctor as applicable in good time before departure.
If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide, you must inform us straight away in writing and in any event within 28 days of the end of any arrangements booked through us. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not so notified. Our maximum liability to you if we are found to have been at fault in relation to any service we provide is limited to the payment made to TopRoomSerbia in relation to the booking in question. We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury which arises as a result of our negligence or that our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
It is our desire to ensure that all the information and prices on our website are accurate; however occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed, via telephone or mail. We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold arrangements at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed arrangements.
Upon making a booking, you agree to make a non-refundable payment to TopRoomSerbia. The total payable will be charged in Euros. Where this currency differs from the currency of the accommodation provider, we have converted the amount due in accordance with our standard currency conversion rates.
The balance of the cost of any booking for accommodation is payable to the accommodation provider together with payment in respect of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the provider and, where applicable, payment of the provider’s service charges and taxes specified in the accommodation supplier’s terms and conditions. The balance of the cost of any booking of any other service, or for accommodation if detailed during the booking process and advised in writing, will be payable to us not less than 5 days prior to the date that the services are to be provided. If you do not make full payment on time, the Supplier concerned may treat your booking as cancelled by you and impose cancellation charge.
Except where otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the supplier concerned, all monies you pay to us for any arrangements will be held on behalf of the supplier(s) concerned.
